Our Commitment

At Fair Go Uniform, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at hello@fairgouniform.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Fair Go Uniform is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Australian Consumer Law

Our refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
