Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Areas
We deliver Australia-wide including metropolitan and regional areas. Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times. International shipping is not currently available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery through the carrier's website.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a card with instructions to collect your parcel from the nearest post office or depot, or arrange redelivery.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@fairgouniform.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
